Perma-Fill

Under Storage Tank Abatement (UST)

Perma-Fill Foam is a three component system. An amino plast nitrogen based resin, and a catalyst foaming agent surfactant, when ratioed with compressed air produce a foam that resembles shaving cream in appearance only. The components are pumped from our trucks by factory trained installers, into guns which produce the foam. After a UST has been cleaned by others, the foam can be introduced through vent lines, fill lines, or in the case of larger tanks, by confined space entry. After the tank is filled all openings are sealed with concrete.

Thermography

Thermography is the use of an infrared imaging camera to see and measure thermal energy emitted from an object.  Infrared (IR) inspections offer a fast, non-invasive means of monitoring and diagnosing the condition of buildings.  It can be used as an important tool in locating plumbing and building envelope water leakage or excessive moisture that can lead to mold growth.  Thermography offers a myriad of advantages when diagnosing water leaks and molding conditions. It can also be used to evaluate insulation defects.
