Core-Fill 500

Core-Fill 500 Foam InsulationCore-Fill 500 is a nitrogen based three-part amino plast foam insulation. When the resin and foaming agent are properly mixed with compressed air, foam that resembles shaving cream is produced. This foam is then pressure injected into the open cores of your concrete block structure.

The foam contains no chlorofluorocarbons and is environmentally safe. Core-Fill 500 has been used in over 90% of all masonry structures that contain masonry foam insulation within Florida and Georgia. Nationally, Core-Fill 500 can be found in over 75% of all structures that contain masonry foam insulation. Core-Fill 500 works well in hot and humid climates. By filling the cores of your masonry walls, air infiltration is minimized. The hot and humid air stays outside, where it belongs.

Core-Fill 500 is also used for minimizing sound transfer, as a fire rating extender, and for assisting in keeping bugs and pests out of your masonry structure.
